This solid wood trunk, originating from Ethiopia in the 19th century, retains its original texture and signs of aging, which bear witness to its history and authenticity.
During that era, such trunks were used for a variety of purposes: they could serve as rustic seating or thrones for local leaders or tribal chiefs, as benches or bases for household items, or even play a ceremonial or symbolic role in important gatherings and celebrations.
Its robustness and density make it suitable for both decorative use and as a piece of handcrafted furniture, adding the warmth and character of natural material, as well as providing a tangible testament to the techniques and traditions of 19th-century Ethiopia.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You have 14 days from receipt to return your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the refund of the product price (excluding shipping costs) will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
No exchanges or returns are accepted on personalized or custom-made items, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or error.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
The order is confirmed upon payment of 50% of the total amount, at which point manufacturing begins. The remaining 50% must be paid before delivery of the item.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
The pieces in the Mestizo collection are made to order and customized to the measurements, finishes, and upholstery selected by each customer. For this reason, no changes or returns are accepted once the order has been confirmed.
