Returns and Exchange Policy

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If needed, we can assist you in arranging a pickup with the shipping company at the address you provide.

Once we receive the product, we will process a refund for the corresponding amount (excluding shipping costs) within a maximum of 30 days.

Custom or made-to-measure items cannot be exchanged or returned, except in cases of defect or manufacturing error.
