8.1 | Accepted payment methods: payment card or bank transfer.

8.2 | The payment cards accepted for ordering goods are: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, or PayPal. For card payments, we will send a debit request to your bank; the amount will not be debited from your account until we receive authorization from the bank. The debit processing time will depend on the rules applied to your payment method. In the event of a bank rejection, the order will be automatically canceled, and the customer will be notified.

8.4 | If a customer is unduly charged for a purchase without MESTIZO STORE verifying the corresponding bank card identification, and without any bad faith on the part of the customer, in which case the customer should financially compensate MESTIZO STORE for the damage caused, MESTIZO STORE may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge by sending an email. The corresponding amount must be refunded immediately, within a maximum of 7 days if a debit card or PayPal was used, and before the end of the corresponding month if a credit card was used.

No. 9 | PRODUCT DELIVERY

MESTIZO STORE ships to all national territory (Spain).
After the order is dispatched, an invoice will be issued online indicating the transport costs separately and the VAT.

9.1 | Place and method of delivery

· 9.1.1 | “Delivery to the home or address provided”:

  1. The products will be sent to the shipping address that the customer has indicated during the order process.
  2. Deliveries are notified to the customer via email and a tracking code will be provided along with a link to the courier company, where you can check the status of your order.

· 9.1.2 | “In-store pickup”:

9.2 | Delivery time and costs

· 9.2.1 | “Delivery to the home or address provided”:
Delivery time will depend on the shipping location. You can check the order status using the tracking code received in your shipping confirmation email.
Delivery times are calculated based on the supplier's delivery time and the preparation and shipping time. These times vary depending on the destination and do not include holidays or weekends.
Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment the transport company makes the product available to the customer, which is materialized through the control system used by the transport company that can be consulted by the customer with the tracking code.

· 9.2.2 | “In-store pickup”:
The order will be available within approximately 72 hours. Once it is available, the customer will be notified by email and will have a maximum of 14 days from the date of the confirmation email to collect it.
If the product is not collected within the indicated period, the customer will be notified and the order will be cancelled, with the payment being refunded to the customer.

9.3 | Issues to consider at the time of delivery

9.3.1 | It is the sole responsibility of the product recipient to inspect shipments upon arrival, note any issues, and file any claims they deem necessary. They may even refuse the package if it appears to have been opened or shows clear signs of damage. · 9.3.2 | MESTIZO STORE will send by email, once the order is received from the customer, a quality survey about the purchase process, shipping, communication and quality of the order receipt, which the customer must answer.

· 9.4 | Lost packages

If, after 10 business days from the shipment of the package, the customer has not received any news about their order, the customer should contact MESTIZO STORE by email at e-shop@mestizostore.com or by phone at customer service number 91 795 88 99 indicating that they have not yet received their order, even though they have received the email confirming its departure from our warehouses.
Customer Service will conduct an investigation and inform the customer by email.

No. 10 | WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN

10.1 | In relation to all products sold, the customer may exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product by the customer.

10.2 | To make a return, the customer must send a package containing the following within a maximum of 14 calendar days:
· Items in their original packaging.
· The return order, inside the package.
• The document with the return address.

10.3 | The customer may not exercise their right of withdrawal from the purchased product when it has been made according to the customer's specific specifications and has been manufactured in a personalized way.

10.4 | Once the package has been received and it has been verified that the returned products are in perfect condition, the refund procedure will be carried out for the amounts corresponding to the returned products.
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer) without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, bank account or PayPal account, as soon as possible.

13.1 | Subject to the provisions of the preceding paragraphs, MESTIZO STORE's liability under these general conditions shall not exceed an amount equal to the sums paid or payable after the transaction that is the origin of such liability, whatever the cause or form of the action in question.
MESTIZO STORE may not be held responsible for non-compliance with the signed contract in the event of stock depletion or unavailability of the product, force majeure, interruption of activity or total or partial strike, especially of postal services and means of transport or communications, floods or fire.

13.2 | In the event of a dispute, the customer may first contact MESTIZO STORE to attempt an amicable resolution. Failing that, the courts of the customer's place of residence shall have exclusive jurisdiction, regardless of the delivery location and accepted payment methods.
