How to place an order?

To place an order, select the items you want and add them to your basket.
Once you have reviewed your selection, choose your preferred payment method and confirm your order.

After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details.
From that moment, our team will carefully begin preparing your order.
When it is ready and on its way, we will notify you by email.

Product availability

All orders are subject to item availability. If any issues arise with stock or supply, we will inform you as soon as possible and fully refund the amount paid for any unavailable products.

Can I place an online order and pick it up in-store?

You can either pick up your order in-store or have it conveniently delivered to the address you provide.

If you prefer in-store pickup, simply select this option at checkout. We will send you a confirmation email with the details and notify you when your order is ready for collection in-store:

IN-GALLERY PICKUP / 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS / FREE

Choose our free in-gallery pickup option and collect your order at C/Piamonte 4 (Madrid) within 1 to 3 business days, provided the product is in stock.

STANDARD SHIPPING / NATIONAL / 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS

We deliver throughout mainland Spain with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 business days, provided the product is in stock.

Free delivery in Madrid for orders over €600.

For the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands, delivery times may be extended to 5–10 business days.

STANDARD / INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING / 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS

We deliver to various European countries, including Italy, France, Portugal, and the United Kingdom, with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 7 business days, provided the product is in stock.

For products over 40 kg or bulky items, shipping will be arranged individually with a personalized quote through a specialized transport company. Contact us at info@mestizogallery.com


Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes. These fees are not handled by Mestizo and are the sole responsibility of the customs agency in the destination country.
