Lebrillo crafted from fired clay, typical of the Alentejo region in Portugal, retaining its original patina that reflects its age and artisanal use. The piece displays the shapes and marks characteristic of hand modeling, typical of 19th-century Portuguese ceramics.

These lebrillos were traditionally used to store and prepare food, such as dough, oil, or grains, taking advantage of the clay's porosity to regulate moisture and keep contents fresh.

At Mestizo, we have selected this lebrillo as a special piece, whose patina and the passage of time give it a renewed life, transforming it into a decorative and functional object that brings authenticity and character to any interior
