Crafted from rustic natural linen, this cushion offers texture, freshness, and durability — an invitation to turn everyday moments into simple, meaningful rituals.
Its natural feather filling provides softness and volume, while the inner cover — lined with waterproof, antibacterial, and antifungal polyester fabric — ensures protection and long-lasting quality.
Care: Machine wash on a short cycle in cold water, using mild detergent and avoiding fabric softener. Do not tumble dry. Ironing is not recommended; if necessary, use a low temperature or delicate cycle, iron on the reverse side, and place a protective cloth between the iron and the fabric.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You have 14 days from receipt to return your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the refund of the product price (excluding shipping costs) will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
No exchanges or returns are accepted on personalized or custom-made items, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or error.

MANUFACTURING TIMES

ORDER CONFIRMATION
The order is confirmed upon payment of 50% of the total amount, at which point manufacturing begins. The remaining 50% must be paid before delivery of the item.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
The pieces in the Mestizo collection are made to order and customized to the measurements, finishes, and upholstery selected by each customer. For this reason, no changes or returns are accepted once the order has been confirmed.
