Cushion in natural-colored wool featuring texture and piping in a complementary natural tone, filled with soft feathers for comfort and volume.
Made from natural wool, this cushion provides softness, warmth, and comfort, helping to regulate temperature and creating a cozy, inviting atmosphere.
Its natural down filling adds volume and comfort, while the inner cover, lined with waterproof, antibacterial, and antifungal polyester, ensures durability and long-lasting protection.
Care instructions: Machine wash on a short, cold cycle with mild detergent; avoid fabric softener. Do not tumble dry. Ironing is not recommended; if needed, use a low or delicate setting, ironing on the reverse side with a protective cloth between the iron and the fabric.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You have 14 days from receipt to return your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the refund of the product price (excluding shipping costs) will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
No exchanges or returns are accepted on personalized or custom-made items, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or error.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
The order is confirmed upon payment of 50% of the total amount, at which point manufacturing begins. The remaining 50% must be paid before delivery of the item.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
The pieces in the Mestizo collection are made to order and customized to the measurements, finishes, and upholstery selected by each customer. For this reason, no changes or returns are accepted once the order has been confirmed.
